The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. Guests are required to collect their key from our office. Additional instructions will be provided after booking. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage in the property. All waste must be removed; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
